Ki No Nagare approaches circus with aïkido mindset and weight transfer techniques. The show is mixes acrobatics and Icarian games in the frame of body questioning such as body positivity and body neutrality. All of those being done in a cosy and nice small wood tent. The team is made of two acrobats : one 115kg and one other 59kg, the aim being to minimize their differences and the way we project ideas on their bodies, and also a drummer playing the taïko, one huge Japanese traditional drum, used to call communities to gather. Such a very powerful tool to settle down the ambient and invite the audience to focus on what's happening between bodies and people.
