In the oppressive silence of a basement filled with screens and hidden cameras, a man in his forties—a failed cameraman and juggler of liquids—watches the world through both digital and analogue lenses. Faced with the unstoppable advance of machines, he offers not resistance, but reinvention. Yet his ideas clash with the incomprehension of those who listen to him.
“I can explain every detail—about my grandmother, or whatever you want… even the creation of humanity,” he says, though deep down he knows no one is asking him anything. His voice is a whisper among algorithms, a boomer’s discourse lost in the age of memes.
In this labyrinth of connections and isolation, truth blurs like a fogged mirror, reflecting empires that no longer exist, wars no one remembers, and a future no one knows how to name.
