Fe de Rutes

Inspired by a poem by Joan Brossa, FE DE RATES (a Catalan play on words for Errata) is the mistake upon the mistake: the clown’s game, the insistent error, the obsession with failing better.

To give faith to the paths we have walked is also to trace the footprints of a life.

Here, Toti returns to the stage to rediscover himself. From his most naïve clown he unfolds other facets: painting and drawing, music, ceramics, magic, object theatre, carpentry… All infused with that surreal humour and poetic spark that Brossa found in the circus.

Each gesture, each breath, each glance sketches a poem — a mirror of the soul, reflecting back to the audience… moving, moving… and moving still.
