In a desolate parking lot, three people confront the absurdity of their own existence.
Between cars and caravans, they eat, chat, play and fight over a simple game of cards, challenging their dreams and emotions. Jumps, juggling and aerial dance unfold in a space where drama and humour blend together, creating a constant interplay between everyday life and chaos.
This contemporary circus piece explores human fragility in a peripheral environment. A work focused on movement and absurdity, inviting reflection from audiences who, through the performers’ actions, are led to question the meaning of existence. In its creations, Sweet Chilli Circus Company is committed to social, political and human concerns—here raising questions embodied by three characters who inhabit the liminal, the peripheral and the marginal.
